Today, the firm has evolved into several companies that assist in the growth and development of businesses across the spectrum.
Clients range from tech startups to food manufacturers and restaurants to barbershops, hair salons and Doctors or dentists.

About the Founder
Aaron founded his practice after seeing a large number of small business owners struggling to obtain the capital they needed to grow and expand their businesses. Over the years as a lender he realized that making great tasting pizza and running a healthy pizzeria are two very different skill sets. Many of the larger corporations utilize consulting firms to help fill in their knowledge gaps and now, so do small businesses.
Aaron grew up in Waukegan with his Mother, Father, and 4 siblings in their loving Christian home. He attended Alabama A&M University on a full scholarship after graduating with honors from Waukegan Highschool and being a major contributor to the baseball team.
Aaron graduated with honors from Alabama A&M University with a degree in finance. He also played 4 years of D-I baseball and led the finance committee.
After one brief year of professional baseball, Aaron joined LaSalle Bank and completed their Commercial Lending training program. He continued on in his career as a lender with a few banks around Chicago and also spending 5 years with GE Capital.
Over his career, Aaron has worked with businesses of all sizes from startups to fortune 100 companies across various industries from retail and restaurants to fintech and food manufacturing.
In 2020, Aaron learned to code and earned a full stack develeper certificaton. shortly thereafter he co-founded a digital bank.
In 2022, Aaron founded Ukuaji Strategies to incorporate Profit Acceleration Software into his practice of growing revenue & profitability for small businesses. He currently sits on the advisory board of Capitalize VC, a venture capital firm dedicated to fund pre-seed minority owned ventures. Aaron continues to actively consult with fintech startups.
